In fact, getting someone to say yes instead of no produces amazing results that not only changes their previous ideas, but can drastically change their psychology of the matter that of something they rejected.

Dale Carnegie’s book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” is shows you how to make people like you, win people over to your way of thinking, and change people without causing offense or arousing resentment.
