I "bought" this abandoned Cadillac limo for $100 that has been sitting for over 5 years. Armed with jumper cables, WD-40, and brake clean, we try to get this beast to run.

By "bought" I mean I paid off the late fees ($100) in exchange for permission to work on it. The owner mailed the title to the front office and it is ready to sign over if I wish to continue this project.

What should we do to this thing?
