Over the years I have found out that in order to sell my slower moving eBay inventory I need to run sales, specifically Markdown sales. I run a sale on my older inventory, over a year old, and my newer inventory simultaneously. I have tried different percentages and found that 10%-30% work well. I recommend testing out the different percentages to see what sells through.
