John Barrowman and Stephen Amell both describe the same scene at two different panels at Phoenix Comicon. Footage spliced together to form one video describing a scene where they make their first encounter in Arrow as Oliver Queen and Malcolm Merlyn.

Stephen Amell was chained up for a scene of Arrow, and John did something to Stephen while he was helpless..
