If you have 1 cabbage and 3 eggs, make an incredibly delicious breakfast. Simple and delicious. Eggs with Cabbage.

1/4 young cabbage.
Salt.
Pour boiling water (hot water) over the cabbage.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
3 eggs.
Separate the yolk from the white.
Beat the egg white until thick foam forms.
Add cabbage to egg.
Season with salt.
Season with black pepper.
Add egg yolks to cabbage.
Mix well.
Add grated mozzarella cheese.
1 teaspoon coconut oil.
Place the cabbage and egg in a heated frying pan.
Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Top with 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.
Place chopped tomato on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
