Directing and technical filmmaking ASTOUNDING, Acting - POWERFUL (especially from Joaquin and a mesmerizing performance from Vanessa Kirby)
Battles - absolutely flabbergasting. But somehow the movie still felt wanting, and I’m honestly assuming it’s another case of the Ridley Scott cut being THE cut to see.

Much love to Apple for funding this bold EPIC film. And to Sony for the huge release and Oscar push (and for my hat). I had missed movies like this.
