2 1/2 cups 300g, Graham cracker crumbs.
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 sticks 165g, melted butter
Mix all together, you don’t need to use all of it. It all depends
On how thick you want it. I like it thick. You want to put the mixture
Up the sides, pack it down with a cup,or anything flat on the bottom.
Set it aside.

Cheese cake

3- 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese, room temperature.
1 cup 200g sugar
1/2 cup 120g yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, room temperature
1 cup Carmel Sauce

Mix everything together. Pour half on to the graham cracker, then
Put a 1/4 of the Carmel sauce on top. I used a spoon. Put the remaining
Mixture on top. Make it level. Put it in a 325 degree pre heated oven for
55 minutes. After that, keep it in the oven, open the door about 2 inches. I used
A oven mitt folded in half. For 60 minutes. Take out, let it cool completely,
then pour the remainder of the Carmel sauce on top. Put in the refrigerator
Over night, preferred, or at least six hours.
