1/2 cup or 70g chopped chestnuts
1/4 cup or 35g chopped white onion
3 garlic cloves (2 for the steak and 1 for the sauce)
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1/4 cup or 63ml white wine
1/2 cup or 125ml chicken broth
1.5 cups or 375ml heavy cream
1 tbsp or 15g Dijon mustard
Pepper and Salt to your taste
