Full body workout, learning great exercises to improve your Capoeira skills as well as overall fitness. This culturally rich art form is an exciting medley of martial arts, dance, music and acrobatics; so whether you’re in it for fitness, fun or to learn a new skill there will be something there for you! Suitable for any level!

Through the classes, I aim to build your confidence, improve your fitness and help you grow as a talented capoeirista.

Each lesson comprises of a warm up, drills, Capoeira-based strengthening exercises, kicks, acrobatic movements and sequences to build flow in your game. Not only will you learn tips and techniques to become a better capoeirista, it’s a full sweaty workout!

The variety of exercises in class are designed to build the strength and stamina necessary for Capoeira. As you progress through each lesson, you will find yourself feeling stronger and your Capoeira game becoming easier.

I also focus on selected complex movements. For these moves, I will give you a detailed breakdown, so that you will find them achievable and easy to obtain. We will work on manageable progressions so that when you attempt the full move, you’ll realise you’ve already covered all of the components necessary to execute the movement with great ease and understanding.

👉 Who is it for?

✅ Anybody who is looking to transform their body, improve and/or learn new skills and incorporate Capoeira into their lifestyle. It’s designed for people who are new to Capoeira as well as anybody who has tried 1-2-1 coaching, classes or online tutorials and still hasn’t been able to achieve the goals they set themselves.

👉 What equipment do I need?

✅ Comfortable clothes and trainers. (Some people prefer to train barefoot)

👉 How much time do I need?

✅ 30-45 minutes per day, 3 - 5 times a week (depending on level and program progress)

👉 I’m not sure a remote coaching plan is right for me...

✅ My method of training allows you to fit your training sessions around any busy work/life schedule and since you can take your workout with you, you are not tied to a gym or scheduled class to get your workout done.

👉 Am I too old to learn Capoeira?

✅ Absolutely not. You are NEVER too old to learn a new skill and feel good about yourself. Capoeira is a combination of movements and skills which is one of the best and most fun ways to challenge your body and work out, without it feeling like a workout.

👉 What if I have limited mobility/ flexibility?

✅ The program is structured to ensure you follow a step-by-step guide to improve your mobility and flexibility over the course of 6 weeks.
