Bianca Jade here with another wellness video! Neck and shoulder pain are my kryptonite. I become immobilized not to mention an extremely unhappy human. To soothe my muscle pain and tension, I get electro-current acupuncture and cupping therapy treatment coupled with dynamic stretching.
