Hey friends, thanks for stopping by! In todays video I am in the kitchen meal prepping. Over the last 2 months I have been counting my macros and I'm down 12-15 lbs and better yet, I feel my absolute best ever.

I've been using the my fitness pal paid premium version (not sponsored) and loving it because it tells me my exact numbers for my goals and I can save recipes and meals. Its a big time saver and brain space saver lol:)

RECIPES:
EGG BITES (1:24)
7-8 eggs
steamed broccoli
1 small container of cottage cheese (150g)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
350F for 23 minutes:) but every oven is a little different

BASIC PROTEIN SHAKE (8:41)
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
8oz/1c almond milk
1/2 frozen banana
lots of ice

SALADS: (14:46)
CHICKEN SALAD
w/ tomato, cucumber, olives, balsamic vinegarette

BANG BANG SHRIMP (18:08)
Defrosted shrimp, deveined, no tail, peeled
mayo
sweet Thai chili sauce
franks red hot

DINNER PREP (22:00)
PESTO CHICKEN BAKE
425F for 20 mins covered then 10 uncovered
peppers and onions on the bottom
chicken breast
pesto sauce
mozzarella cheese

CHICKEN TERIAKI
Chicken cut in strips
peppers/onions
teriyaki sauce
served with brown rice
