It’s time to build steering for the One Ton swap!
I’m making my own crossover steering using the Barnes4WD kit designed for the Superduty swap.
This kit uses 1.5” DOM Tubing with a .25” wall. I decided to strengthen it up a little bit by filling the inside with aluminum.
This kit is a great affordable solution for a one ton swap
Barnes also sells DIY steering kits that will work for other applications and other axles.
