Tom reviews the 2023 Toyota BZ4X in dual-motor AWD form about 6 months before the EV arrives in Australia. Includes running costs and handling.

The Toyota BZ4X will compete with the Tesla Model Y, Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, Volvo XC40 Recharge and other electric crossovers.

How much range does the BZ4X have? 336km per our quick test today, but the WLTP claim is as low as 415km for the AWD.

This car is a UK spec BZ4X in top-spec AWD trim with a light grey interior and sterling silver paint.

As always, we don’t accept advertising from car manufacturers, and we’re powered by Budget Direct - so this is an independent, honest review of the Toyota BZ4X.
