It has been 5 months since my HSG and I finally wanted to sit down and share HSG tips & tricks to get through this procedure that most people dread. It is SO normal to look for information before heading into your HSG because most women fear it, but hopefully with some of the tips & tricks I shared today, you can stop looking into it and will go to your HSG more calmly than I did 5 months ago.
