In one adorable moment, spotted only by a few fans, Prince Louis asked if he could sit on his grandfather Prince Charles's lap during the weekend's celebrations.

The four-year-old royal could be seen clenching his fists, poking out his tongue, waving his arms around and putting his hands over his mother's mouth during the pageant.

He seemed to calm down later when he sat on his grandad's knee to watch the show.
