I recently stocked up on a lot of low calorie, high protein foods so in today's video, I take you through my full grocery haul (which worked out quite cheap) and also some easy meal prep for fat loss. So a really good insight into what I eat. And even though my goal isn't currently based around fat loss, a lot of the foods I eat are perfect for anyone on a fat loss journey because they are super calorie and macro friendly. So if you are in a calorie deficit and your goal is based around fat loss & muscle gain, get that notepad out!

As my meal prep recipe is the the perfect lunch meal prep meal. It's low in calories, high in protein and so handy because you don't need to heat it up. So if you eat your lunch on the go or you simply just don't have access to a microwave, this low calorie high protein meal is perfect.
