Ingredients:
5 large ears of sweet corn, thinly sliced.
6 cup of water
10 pandan leaves
Cooked, drained, you will get about 4 cups of corn juice.
Need 1 more cup of water
1/8 tsp pandan extract
1 cup = 220 gr sweet rice (aka glutinous rice or sticky rice)
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp = 137 gr sugar
1/2 tsp = 3 gr kosher salt reduce the amount if using table salt.
1 Tbsp = 8 gr tapioca starch
1 Tbsp = 12 gr water

* Coconut sauce:
2 Tbsp = 16 gr tapioca starch
1/3 cup = 87 gr sugar
1 tsp = 5 gr kosher salt, reduce the amount if using table salt.
1 tub vanilla sugar
1 can = 400 ml coconut cream
3/4 cup = 175 ml water
