We learned it in school, the Food Pyramid told us it was essential, and athletes flaunted milk mustaches as if it were the key to their strength and athleticism. You'll notice you don't see those commercials anymore. That's because all the science in recent years contradicted all of that data.

It was an agenda pushed by the Dairy Industry and implemented by the USDA because of strong funding. In this video, I'm going to blow your mind and show you how everything they taught us was just the opposite. Dairy actually makes our bones brittle and our teeth rot. It is essentially a glue in the digestive system and also mucus-producing.
