At 62, I’m 5 years into this amazing sport of Disc Golf and I am loving it for so many reasons! I believe that I have boiled down the top 3 things to focus on in order establish the maximum-power-generating-throwing-motion foundation within minutes of picking the disc up for the first time. That’s my hypothesis…

I love this sport so much and I want everyone to enjoy it, too! My objective is to shrink the learning curve for newbies of all ages, shapes, and sizes, for accelerated-great-fun launching disc in so many beautiful lines in the sky, around trees, and over water, and eventually ringing the chains! So much fun!

The disc golf world uses the phrase, “Big Arm”, when referring to folks who can throw disc really far. I say, balderdash! 😊. Then explain Paige Pierce. ;)
