The Graduate Writing Lab has organized a special event for aspiring authors. Representatives from top university presses will be visiting Yale to share their advice: editors Philip Leventhal (Columbia University Press), Priya Nelson (University of Chicago Press), Jennifer Banks, (Yale University Press), and Heather Gold (Yale University Press). Publishers from nearly every field within the social science and humanities from Anthropology and Psychology to Comparative Literature, Film Studies, and Religion will share their expertise and help you figure out what you can do now to position yourself for a smooth transition from dissertator to published author.
