In this video I share my opinion on reusable engine air filters and why I like them not only for their engine performance benefits but mainly for helping reduce the estimated 150,000,000 disposable air filters from being added to our landfills as well as the ability to clean them after bouts of dusty conditions without having to buy and replace an entire disposable air filter element. I've found the quality of disposable air filters marginal at best and over time they seem to be getting cheaper feeling every year. When I purchased my @aFePower1 reusable air filter element, I could immediately feel the quality of the product. It's heavy and beautifully designed and manufactured which seems odd to write and say for something as seemingly mundane as an internal combustion engine air filter! I found similar high-quality construction from @AIRAIDFilterCompany and their air filters as well. Both of these companies rate highly in my book for their commitment to engineering and producing high-quality products. Similarly, my @bankspower RAM-Air systems on both my Jeep LJs are high-quality and provided immediate power, acceleration and even a pleasing "roar" upon pushing down the skinny pedal.
