Aputure recently announced the amaran 300c.

This is the first full colour COB LED light by Aputure's more budget friendly sister-brand.

This being said, the amaran 300c is not cheap, at over £600 or $659 US this full colour LED light better meet the expectations of its users.

For me the 300c replaced one of my amaran 200x lights, giving me additional flexibility and creative opportunities.

In this video, shot after my first week with the light, I discuss it's performance, the improvements over the 200x, the Sidus link app - which allows you to control a number of Aputure lights together.
