In this video, I show you the step-by-step process for installing the Injen SP6010 on an ND MX-5 Miata (2016-2020). It's a relatively simple process using basic hand tools and should only take 15-30 minutes to complete.
After rewatching this video, it seems an easier way might be to just remove that upper coolant hose from the get-go and take out the stock airbox as a whole instead of the upper and lower halves separately. Injen's instructions say to do it the way I did in the video, but the process above may or may not be faster/easier.
I noticed a slight increase in engine responsiveness and induction noise after installing the intake. So far, the butt dyno doesn't notice a difference, but stay tuned as I'll be making a video showing before and after comparison on a real dyno as well as acceleration numbers!
