I had semimembranosus reconstruction. This video takes you through the full operation day, recovery and how I did the injury.

I am recovering well and far more mobile than what I thought I would be. I am extremely grateful for the healthcare I am provided and can't thank the HCA team enough for getting me on the road to recovery under a week after the injury!

It has been 5 days since the operation and I am hobbling about on crutches, moving about the house doing general chores and pottering. So far, so good! Next weeks video will be the week after surgery and the little milestones.
