Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing our world at an unparalleled pace, transforming a diverse array of disciplines and sectors. Simultaneously, the intersection of AI with these disciplines has significantly advanced its development. This talk will explore the research frontiers that Microsoft Research Asia is pioneering, aiming to define the new paradigm of computing in the AI era. We apply AI in cultural preservation, humanities, and natural sciences, not only accelerating their progress but also enhancing our understanding of AI.
