There seems to be a lot of confusion with hydrogen peroxide developers, especially relating to how they preform when being used with hair color compared to a permanent hair lightener.

More Disclaimer- I only cover the basics of developer in this video and you should add this information to your tool belt and still take your professional judgment into account.
