American Express has recently made some big changes to the Amex Platinum card, which some may argue is one of the best credit cards in 2023. So, in this video, we’ll be going over what those new amex changes are for the amex platinum card, how they’ll affect people who have american express platinum card, and whether the Amex Platinum card is still worth it in 2023 or if you should go for other best travel credit cards like the chase sapphire reserve, capital one venture x, or any other best credit cards 2023.

The first big change American Express has made to the Amex Platinum is that they’re making it harder to earn their membership rewards points welcome bonus. The second change that American Express made that a lot of people aren’t very happy with is that amex increased the fee to add authorized users to the Amex Platinum Card. The third change American Express made to the AmEx Platinum is that they’re removing Audible from the list of eligible services on their $240 Digital Entertainment Credit starting October 2nd. The fourth change Amex is making to the amex platinum card is a positive one, and that’s that they’re offering a new kind of card you can extend to friends and family called the amex companion card which will be replacing the free amex gold card with some amex platinum card benefits.
