This is a very simple, two-part instructional video on how NOT to drag race your stick shift car. The key here is to coordinate your left leg with your right arm to perform a shifting sequence together. The end goal is to quickly and effectively gets your car into the next gear without damaging your transmission.

Note: No engines were severely damaged in the making of this video. The only damage was to the drivers ego, which was in need of humbling.
