I am Dr. Ashish Sabharwal, Urologist, Andrologist, and robotic surgeon from New Delhi India and in this video, I will discuss the three commonly used malleable implants in India: the Indian implant, the rigi 10 Rigicon implant, and the Tactra penile implant.

First, we will discuss the Indian implant. This is the malleable implant patients choose most commonly. The main reason for the popularity of the Indian implant is the low cost of this implant. It is 10 times cheaper than the American tactra or the Rigicon RIGI 10 Implant.
The Indian implant has a soft spot in the center which is the hinge. The problems that occur due to the hinge :
Due to the hinge, the penis stays in the downward direction
In aggressive sexual encounters like women on top or anal intercourse, the Indian implant my Bend.
If the penile length is more than 6 inches then the Indian implant does not give enough hardness for successful intercourse.

The minor drawback of the Tata implant is that because it is so rigid it’s bending is limited.

So if you have this criteria that the hardness is not very important but conceal ability has to be perfect, in that case Tactra is not the ideal implant for you. You should go for Rigicon RIGI 10 implant.

But the drawback of Rigicon RIGI 10 implant is that the rigidity is lesser than the Tactra implant.

In short, when choosing the correct penile implant for yourself :
if budget is a constraint , then go for indian implant which gives acceptable hardness and conceal ability.

If budget is not a constraint and you want the implant with maximum hardness and rigidity, then go for tactra Implant.

If budget is not a constraint and you want the implant with maximum bendability and conceal ability, then go for a Rigicon RIGI 10 implant.
