In today’s video I’m chatting about my experience on birth control pills, why I ultimately decided to go off of them, and how that whole transition was like for me. I talk a bit about the side effects I experienced on birth control pills and coming off the pill, as well as all the recommendations I have for those looking to do the same.

Getting off of birth control pills was one of the best decisions I made for my health and femininity and I now feel so much more connected to my body. Although birth control pills can be a great option for some women (and if that’s you I fully support you!), but it’s not for everyone. I hope this video inspires you to do what’s best for YOU!
