Roasting coffee using a hot air popcorn popper is easy and very satisfying. The coffee will taste much better than store-bought coffee. After a short while though, many hot air popper people will begin to want to improve their roast. The hard facts are, hot air popcorn machines have no controls other than “on” / “off”. Upgrading to a different roasting method will provide control over heat and air, both of which are. Ended to roast great coffee.
