On Halloween night, Sonic finds himself visiting the mansion of Dr. Schnitzlehozen who has seemingly left this world. Sonic soon finds that he has been tricked by the doctor himself! The doc then unleashes his ultimate plan to make Sonic into a monster, but things don't go exactly as he intended. Now Sonic must face his fearsome counterpart, the Werehog! Will Sonic survive another Halloween adventure?
