Today I'm recreating my Lamb Tongue Pizza that won TOP DISH on Episode 9 of Season 3 of Next Level Chef with Gordon Ramsay. I truly thought I might go home for grabbing lamb tongue as my protein so to hear the mentors pick it as the best pizza of the day was unbelievable. Nyesha Arrington said she loved the way my sauce complemented my other flavors, Gordon Ramsay said my flavors were great and my crust was cooked perfectly and my mentor Richard Blais loved the courageous creativity. Being responsible for my team heading back to the top kitchen was the best feeling.

I can't believe the mentors loved it so much!!! Top 9!!!!
