Kathryn shares her experience of developing postpartum psychosis after her son James was born 3 years ago.

"My family and I had never heard of this thing called postpartum psychosis and we had no idea what was going on."

She describes the great care and support she received which allowed her and James to be together even when she wasn't well, and how that has inspired her to campaign to raise awareness of postpartum psychosis and ensure others get that great care too.
