Since WandaVision and the hype about a big cameo that never came to be we have been pretty wary when it comes to Falcon and the Winter Soldier and building up hype about possible cameos. Ok well, slightly wary anyway - we do love to get on board the whole cameo hype train after all! But Episode 5 of Falcon and the Winter Soldier finally delivered the giant cameo we have all been craving with the inclusion of a big comic book character played by an A-List star. But now we have had time to process - what exactly does this all mean? Apparently the character in question was first meant to appear in a different project, but due to Covid, Falcon and the Winter Soldier ended up being their first venture into the MCU. But with that in mind it sounds like Marvel has some pretty big plans for the character, and we have some theories as to what they will be.

In this video we will take a look at the shocking cameo of the one and only Madame Hydra and what it means for the MCU going forward. We will dive into her comic book history, her affiliations with other characters (and even a high profile love interest) and take a guess as to what her whole scene could mean and what her true motives are.
