In this video I clean up and restore the finish on my truck. I washed it first, then used a mothers clay bar kit, then used meguiars ultimate compound, then I used turtle wax cleaning polish, and finally turtle wax hard shell wax. I’m sure there are better products available but this is what I had. It can be done by hand but is much easier and faster with a dual action polisher. I used a Bauer da polisher from the HarborFreight with the green medium pad for the compound, the yellow fine pad for the polish, and the white extra fine for the wax.
