Ellen chatted with Erin Francis and Breanna Sipple, who unexpectedly became best friends a few years ago. They shared their story with Ellen, explaining how Erin posted on Facebook in hopes of finding a kidney donor, and Breanna, who did not know Erin at the time, saw the post and felt she was meant to be her match. They talked about how they've become best friends and started an organ donation awareness organization, and even got a surprise from Sarah Hyland, who has had two kidney transplants. Then Sarah, Ellen, and her friends at Shutterfly surprised Erin and Breanna with a gift!
