🌙 This is a the Full Moon Guided Meditation for March 2024. This meditation is to align with the transformative energy of the full moon in Libra, further amplified by the powerful lunar eclipse. We will do a Chakra Cleanse as part of this meditation. As we embark on this journey together, we'll be tapping into the harmonious balance and beauty that Libra embodies, alongside the release and revelation that a lunar eclipse brings.

This is a time to embrace equilibrium in our lives, to let go of what no longer serves us, and to illuminate the path toward inner peace and interpersonal harmony. As the moon reaches its fullest state, reflecting the sun's light back to us in its most magnificent form, the lunar eclipse casts a shadow, inviting us to delve into the depths of our souls. It urges us to uncover and release hidden fears, unresolved emotions, and the shadows that we've carried, perhaps unknowingly. WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
