Neighbor has been setting off fireworks since May. This kid is disturbed. It started at 6am today August 11th. Notice his dog following him running. Brilliant idea to set off a Roman Candle pointed at your neighbors next to your dog. I think he is being paid to chase everyone out of the neighborhood. It's working.
