Toyota's GT86 was much loved for packaging good looks with fun driving and  a fair amount of oomph. The GR86 is it's replacement and while it isn't much faster, its suspension is stiffer, steering is sharper and its been given a tech makeover both inside and out. So it's much the same as before: the benchmark in the compact coupe sector. As the saying goes "If it aint broke...."
