This WINDMILL DB-400 claims to be a 400 watt turbine. It has a built in charge controller and a wind brake as part of the kit. Is this the best deal out there for under $400 in 2020? Amazon had it for $249 and at that price it seems to be the best cheap wind turbine out there. But can this Chinese inexpensive turbine live up to it's bold statement of 400 watts?
