Ingredients:

Ash Gourd - 1/4th
Boiled rice - 1 and half pav(Soaked overnight)
Grated Coconut - 1 full
Jaggery - 200 grams(As per sweetness)
Cardamom - half tsp
Salt - As per taste
Banana leaf


Preparation:

* Drain and grind the rice first along with little water.

* Paste should be thick.

* Grind the chopped Ash Gourd, half grated coconut,cardamom and Jaggery to paste.

* No need to add water while griding As Ash gaurd releases water.

* Transfer Ash Gourd paste to Rice paste.

* Add salt as per taste.

* Mix other half grated coconut to paste.

* Now paste is ready.

* Place a leaf apply some ghee and Pour the paste in Preheat thondur.

* Cook for 30 minutes.

* Check with toothpick if ready.

* Ashgourd Mandas|Rice Cake is ready.
