My wife's 2010 Prius just hit 150k so I treat her car to an oil change and a transmission fluid change. I like to do oil changes every 5k miles or 12 months on my cars. I also change the transmission fluid on the eCVT of the Prius every 30-50k miles. This eCVT transmissions are just like a manual transmission that you just do a simple drain and fill.

I use the OEM WS automatic transmission fluid as is called for and it takes just under 4 quarts before it started to flow out the fill hole. Make sure the car is level and always, always loosen the fill plug before draining the old transmission fluid. You always want to make sure you can fill the transmission before draining it! The size of the clear tubing I use is 1/2" ID and 5/8" OD.
