If for whatever reason supply chains are disrupted to such a degree that our supermarket and drug store shelves are empty, those of us most connected to the natural world and able to source food and medicine from our surroundings will have an easier time. Most importantly, we will be able to support our communities by sharing this knowledge and thereby be catalysts to assuring our communities' responses are based on a mutual aid ethic rather than an "every person for themselves" response. This presentation hopes to inspire the viewer to relax into the reality that as long as the sun shines, we need not want. This is why the winter solstice is celebrated in most cultures. It marks a return to the lengthening of days and the ramping up of solar-powered abundance.
