Fanny Koerts talks about how we see people and how that influences our interaction with them. She created a place where all youngsters are welcome to ask questions, share their ideas and experiences and meet other youngsters.: "I realized people were more than just their problem or the bad behaviour. The youngsters at Jimmy’s taught me that behaviour and reliability is circumstantial. Trust is key in creating those circumstances."
