The Canadian Consumer Mindset: Shauna Houlton, Director, Consumer Insights, Corus Entertainment, takes us through this study designed to track Canadian consumer mindsets. The goal is to help to inform and support brand communications during and after the crisis. The study fields bi-weekly and we now have 3 Waves of research completed. The study explores the following: feelings of and perceptions around the COVID crisis, managing information around COVID 19, economic impact on consumers & measures of consumer demand and perceptions of advertising.
