Cannot believe I'm sharing the birth of my baby girl after all these years... finally. What a magical time this is. We can't get over how incredibly blessed we are.

~ Immune Protocol:
- ERA to check my most receptive window for an embryo transfer
- LMIT for our partial DQ Alpha match (1st treatment began 2 months prior to transfer)
- Plaquenil 200mg (started 5 weeks before transfer and taken for entire pregnancy - prescribed by a hematologist)
- Dexamethasone 1.5mg (started day 2 of transfer cycle and began weaning off at 26 weeks - totally off by 29 weeks)
- Aspirin 100mg (started on day 2 and stopped at 36 weeks)
- Zumenon/Progynova 2mg (estrogen) (1 tablet twice a day, starting on day 2 and stopping at 26 weeks)
- Filgrastim/Neupogen injection 300mcg (every 4 days starting on day 2 until 26 weeks)
- Naltrexone 4.5mg (helps with NK cells - started day 2 until 26 weeks)
- Intralipid infusions 500ml (first was 14 days prior to transfer, then at 4 weeks pregnant, followed by every fortnight until 26 weeks)
- IVIG infusions (3 in total - first was 11 days prior to transfer, second just before 5 weeks and third at 8 weeks)
- Augmentin antibiotic (started 5 days prior to transfer, 1 tablet twice a day)
- Clexane/Lovenox injections 40mg (started 5 days prior to transfer until 26 weeks)
- Utrogestan 200mg progesterone pessaries (started with 1 pessary twice a day 5 days prior to transfer, and increased to 2 pessaries twice a day at around 6 weeks due to the on & off bleeding I was experiencing, then started weaning off at 27 weeks, stopping completely at around 30 weeks)
- Filgrastim intra-uterine injection 300mg (done by fertility specialist 3 days prior to transfer - helps with implantation)
- Tacrolimus 1mg (helps with NK cells - started 2 days prior to transfer, twice a day & stopped at around 5 weeks pregnant)
- Had bloods done the day prior to embryo transfer to check progesterone levels - needs to be over 25, mine was 20.6, so added in PIO injections as well as pessaries
- PIO injections 2mL (started on the night of embryo transfer and done every 3 days until 26 weeks)
- Filgrastim/Neupogen injection 300mg (1 hour prior to embryo transfer)
