Happy Throwback Thursday! Today, we look back at last week's Holi celebration at Cougar Woods Dining Commons. The UH Dining team created a special culturally inspired menu featuring holiday favorites like Gulab Jamun and Gajar. Resource tables were available from our partnering organizations. Guests enjoyed captivating performances from Bollywood Dance Central and Houston Parai Drummers, who invited attendees to join the fun and dance along with them. Finally, the event concluded with an energy-filled, color powder throw just outside the dining commons, where even our executive Chef, Randy Abram, was covered in the bright spirit of Holi!
