“A lot of times people say, ‘when are we going to be back to normal?’ We won’t. We’re going to create a new normal. And there’s a lot of great things that we’ve learned through the last couple of years. There’s best practices that we’ve put in place that will help us in the long term. And we’ll continue to build upon those, and I think overall we’ll come out of this with a new ‘new’, that is much stronger than what we had coming into all of these challenges we’ve had the last few years.”
