As with the rest of the ZONE RV Off-Road Series, the Z-18.6 Off-Road model is built using Australia’s leading manufacturing technologies, combining the upmost luxury with full off-road capabilities.

Each off-road model has ZONE RV’s unique Tufflite composite body, exclusive bonding technology (dust and water proof), monocoque construction (originally developed for boats, aircrafts and rockets) and precision engineering – leaving zero room for error.

Made up of four one-piece ‘Tufflite’ fiberglass composite panels (floor, roof and side panels), no timber is used to build any ZONE RV caravan. The frameless body, is joined with polyurethane glue (meaning no screws, rivets or fasteners are used) and maintains a consistent room temperature like no other, due to the insulation properties in the foam core within each panel.

The complete off-road series boasts a urethane raptor coated RHS DuraGal steel chassis and an independent swing arm suspension, making even the toughest terrain in Australia a breeze to glide over.

With each off-road caravan fully equipped with generous solar power and water storage, travellers can enjoy longer stays, whilst making the most of the lavish at-home feel entertainment system, which includes a digital TV antenna, 24” TV/DVD with internal and external mounting, and a Fusion stereo system with internal and external controls and speakers.

ZONE RV offers a number of serious off-road upgrades such as the new Vehicle Components’ Cruisemaster ATX off-road suspension and the 4G Cell Signal Booster with a roof-mounted marine whip antenna; which can double mobile reception in remote areas (the only caravan manufacturer in Australia to offer this) and is the only legal system available on the market.

Experience the ultimate off-road caravanning experience in a ZONE RV on your next journey and enjoy a new level of comfort and peace of mind.
